Happened to me thi...I feel your pain on the wasp!! Happened to me this summer as well, only I got stung in the arm. Seems you couldn't even let the bugger pay the price for its sins!<br /><br />I know you might not think you are training strong, but I bet you are. It all adds up and I'm sure you'll do great at Muskoka next weekend and will keep your 5 min pace on the run. You won't notice any pain during the race!!<br /><br />Hope you get the PT sorted out. It is frustrating when you try and train by a metric or value and then it goes wonky on you before a race.
